New Features for NS Series: Expansion with Integrated Reset Function
The NS series continues to expand with new operating modes compatible with EUROMAP 78 and 78.1 guidelines. These new versions — D6 and D7 — are tailored for plastic and rubber machinery, standardizing the interface between the machine and the safety device.
NS D6 Version
Following EUROMAP 78 recommendations, the D6 version includes an additional reset signal after closure and locking of the guard. Safe outputs activate when the actuator is inserted, locked, and manual reset is complete.
NS D7 Version
D7 version complies with EUROMAP 78.1, requiring double confirmation in hazardous areas: reset from inside and outside to ensure safety. Both versions provide robust protection for guarded machinery like injection molding presses.
These new features enhance the NS series, making it ideal for machinery requiring an integrated reset function.
