New General Manager at Patelec

Patelec has announced the appointment of Pau Mestres as the new General Manager of the group. Born in Barcelona 54 years ago, Mestres brings extensive experience in the industrial sector, having worked with companies such as Pirelli Cables, ICAR, Nexans Italia, TE Connectivity, and Cembre. In his new role, Mestres aims to pursue further acquisitions and implement innovative technologies to strengthen the company’s position in a challenging market. The Patelec team, currently comprising around 900 employees, operates across four locations: Cerrina (Italy), Legnica (Poland), Ningbo (China), and Rieti (Italy). Mestres emphasizes that his main goal is to consolidate the company’s various organizational units and accelerate its growth.
